ATC is a singing competition that celebrates and preserves all styles of classic American song. With prizes exceeding $40,000, including a $12,000 cash First Prize (with an additional paid concert headlining with our partner, the Savannah Philharmonic Orchestra), this is an amazing opportunity for multi-genre vocalists. |

Who are our preliminary judges? They are comprised of casting agents, professional performers, conductors, past live competition judges, and music educators.

Who competes in the ATC? - Broadway professionals (such as Mykal Kilgore, Tony Yazbeck, Alysha Umphress, Michael Maliakel, Julie Benko, Jacob Keith Watson)
- Members of the Armed Forces musical ensembles (Navy, Army and Air Force have all recently been represented!)
- Jazz artists (2023 Grammy Winner Nicole Zuraitis, Kimberly Hawkey, Anaïs Reno, Alexis Cole, Sharón Clark)
- Educators, Cabaret Artists, Country Singers, Pop Singers, Gospel Singers, Cantors, Composers….you name it, and they've probably competed.
- The best part: anyone over 18 can compete. We believe there is no upper age limit on style, so we don't enforce one.

Quick overview: - 9 different songs, each representing a different style of music (from Americana and Art Song to Country and Jazz). Yes, your whole program needs to be decided at the time of application.
- a headshot and biography, as well as three audio files that match your first round's musical offering must be attached to your application.
- Please, no videos - our preliminary judging is done on audio files only. No names, no accomplishments. Just musicality, fair and square!
- With that in mind, please be sure your audio files feature clear vocals so you can be judged with care on your complete application.
- The live competition will take place from January 27-31, 2025 in Savannah, Georgia. All contestants will be offered housing, and given a stipend to offset travel and food costs while in Savannah.
