A WEEK'S WORTH OF INSPIRATION, EATING, LISTENING, WATCHING, READING, WORKING, AND MAKING
Hey there, friend!
Happy New Year - and Happy almost Lunar New Year!
I'm headed out in a bit to pick up dumplings for the weekend celebrations, but wanted to make sure I shared with you what I've been into, and up to, this week.
So let's do this!
It's really the only season I follow anymore, and more for the art and the story. The story at Dior with Judy Chicago's work is so thought provoking, and the clothes still incredible.
Sylvia's recipes are always exactly what I want to eat, but this was freaking phenomenal. All my favorite flavors in a single bowl - including Blood Orange. Also, do I like quinoa now?
Not an oxymoron - just music I can focus to and still chair dance every once in a while. (((shoulder shimmy)))
They make me nostalgic for a time in which I never lived, but in which all of my farming grandparents did. I find their YouTube channel so soothing.
Every once in a while I just want something that's real frivolous and takes 3hrs to read. Saw this was being made into a TV series by Shonda Rhimes, and I...have no idea how they'll do this.
I'm doing this event design IRL - getting final orders placed, making plans to install - it's so close!
Peace, Love & Fringe, baby!
Working on a special order for my sis... in my favorite body soap scent, "Riverbank" by Northwoods Distributing.
