MY MEALS FOR MONDAY-FRIDAY

EASY MEAL IDEAS

As a keto girl who is not only always on the go but always
busy, busy, busy, planning my week days meals ahead is
something I swear by in order to be successful in my keto journey. 

Since I am about to go grocery shopping,
 I thought I would just share my plan with you:

 

I am planning on doing Intermittent Fasting (eating from 11 am till 7 pm every day).

This week, my breakfasts will consist on orange protones.

Every day, lunch will be around 1:00 pm and dinner at 7:00pm. 

My snacks during the day will be cheese cubes and almonds (ONLY if I get hungry).

LUNCH

Avocado, tuna in oil, olive oil mayo and celery salad
DINNER

Keto cheese garlic sticks with pepperoni 

(recipe in my FB Group!)

 

Day 1
MONDAY
 

LUNCH

Air fried chicken thigh with mozzarella 
and pesto 

DINNER

Zucchini noodles with basil, tuna in oil and sundried tomatoes

 

Day 2
TUESDAY
 

LUNCH

Lettuce, grilled chicken thighs, boiled egg, grated cheese, and avocado salad DINNER

Bell peppers, purple onion, olive oil mayo, yellow cheddar and lettuce ham wraps

 

Day 3
Wednesday
 

LUNCH

Boiled egg, yellow cheddar, sun dried tomatoes, olive oil mayo, sausage, and lettuce salad DINNER

ham and yellow cheddar grilled sandwich with zero-carbs bread

 

DAY 4
THURSDAY
 

LUNCH

Baked green bell pepper filled with sausage, zucchini, mozzarella and yellow cheddar

DINNER

Chaffle pizza with ham, pepperoni and basil (recipe in my FB Group!)
