Hi, friend! Welcome to my first ever newsletter for Life by Kar. Every week, I will be sending you a newsletter containing new blog posts, my word of the week, my goal for the week, and some updates. I promise to not spam you, but to send you weekly encouragement and inspiration.

 

I think it's pretty important to set a goal for the week. You don't need 100 different goals (and let's be honest, how the heck are you going to focus on all of those?!), but you should have one thing to focus your time and energy on. Feel free to respond to this email and tell me yours!

 

I hope to use this newsletter as a way to further connect with you because let's face the facts-you're pretty awesome.
