Enchiladas Verde

Even though it literally took me 3 days to prep this, it was completely worth it.  I would have eaten the entire pan myself. The smoked chicken was a revelation!

I spent most of the day Monday in the backyard working on the last of the carpentry projects, and the birds were VERY vocal about my intrusion.

I do feel as if Wes Anderson has written and produced this movie especially for my viewing.  It is literally a rundown of almost all of my favorite movie tropes, and I will see this in the theater.

While technically a cookbook, this is a lovingly written memoir about her upbringing in Virginia has been such a pleasure to read.  I can't wait to cook some of these recipes, too.

This week, between all the other meetings and projects, I wrote a way too big post about Balcony & Patio Furniture, Accessories & Sun Protection.  Bit off WAY too much but it's still a great post.

I greatly prefer my Father's much more professional woodshop in Idaho, but I made it work.  But it was already way too hot to be working outside.
