Wow. I just looked at the last email I sent out to you over two months ago and...SO MUCH has changed since I sent that one out. And that is the understatement of all understatements.
There are so many things I've been meaning to show you and tell you about since my last email. The week after I flew home from my third trip of 2020 (Mexico, New York City, and then Seattle -- could we have ever imagined how travel would end so suddenly??), my kids' schools closed, everything shut down, and like so many of you I had to figure out how to balance work and family in a totally new way. While my ability to work on MBR projects (both mentally and logistically with a new schedule and set of demands) has definitely shifted (and, not only has this changed for me, but also for Elli, Jess, and Karen, making our work as a team more complex), in many ways the projects I've been able to work on have offered a point of focus and are as such a huge blessing and source of gratitude for me.
So, though it's definitely not "business as usual" at MBR, here are some of the projects we've been working on:
