One thing I dove head first into during quarantine...I launched a podcast called Lift U Up: Inspiring Health Stories and we’re 6 episodes in! Say, what?!
This project has turned out to be so much more than I ever expected. I’m a former journalist, a storyteller. But through this short experience, I’ve learned so much about people and their health goals or challenges, their resilience, their undeniable strength, and I am more than “inspired”...I am motivated to be better. I want to share this with you.
