I am incredibly mindful of the times and as a result, the emotional and mental weight on many of my friends, clients and people of the community's shoulders.
As a regular way of life, I prioritize practicing daily wellness and mindfulness, and I cherish new opportunities for growth and development. And now, I'm encouraging - challenging, if you will - you to use this time to grow in good. There is nowhere to be right now, not much you can do, so be still. Be still, and learn something new. Quiet your mind. Innovate. Create. Read. Cook. Exercise. Don't worry about abandoning old routines - we're gonna be here a while, it's time to make new ones.
And of course, staying on brand is my thing, so I'm taking to Instagram to help me expand my boundaries. Today I'd like to share a few accounts that can help you begin to live intentionally while #socialdistancing and doing your part to #flattenthecurve.
