How are you holding up in your part of the world? As this pandemic continues, I have chosen to focus on the Savior and the great things He has done for me! Throughout last week, I chose verses about singing unto the Lord.  These verses can be very encouraging during these days.  Here are the verse I focused on:

I will sing of the mercies of the Lord for ever: with my mouth will I make known thy faithfulness to all generations. Psalm 89:1

Therefore I will give thanks unto thee, O Lord, among the heathen, and I will sing praises unto thy name. 2 Samuel 22:50

Sing unto the Lord; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth. Isaiah 12:5

I will sing unto the Lord, because he hath dealt bountifully with me. Psalm 13:6

And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the Lord.  Psalm 27:6

I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High. Psalm 9:2

Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.

For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.  Psalm 47:6-7

This coming Sunday is Resurrection day!  Sing praises to your coming King!  

This week I will focus on verses about THE KING (my King).  Will you join me?  I'd love to hear your verses.
