Hi Community,
As time goes on, I'm starting to feel a bit untethered. I've been quarantining in North Bend where I grew up, and it feels like a strange dream (or zombie movie) to walk through the completely empty parks and soccer fields of my childhood.
One thing that keeps me grounded? This community. It adds color and context to my life and helps me feel like I am part of something bigger than my socially distanced bubble.
But the thing about an email newsletter, is that it's kind of one-sided. I feel so lucky that I get replies and responses from you each week, but I'm craving a place where we can have conversations, share experiences, and learn together about our common interests.
This place is being created. I've been dreaming it up for a while, but the pieces are starting to come together. A platform that allows us to approach and access this idea of "well-being" in a way that is curious, joyful, and also realistic.
It's not quite ready to share yet, but if you'd like to get on the waitlist to hear about it, you can put your name down here.
What do you wish existed out there in terms of a virtual platform or community? How are you feeling going into week 4 of staying home? As always, share your thoughts with me by replying directly to this newsletter ❤️️

P.S. Last week we started an informal book club to read Bright-sided: How the Relentless Promotion of Positive Thinking Has Undermined America by Barbara Ehrenreich. Here's the sign-up if you want to jump in!
