Chop your head of lettuce into wedges. Add toppings of choice: tomatoes, radishes, red onion, chives, bacon.
DRESSING1/2 C Organic Plain Yogurt1 Tbsp. lemon juice1 tsp. Dijon mustard1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/4 tsp. sea salt1/8 tsp. ground black pepperpinch of cayenne pepper for extra bite
Blend dressing ingredients and drizzle the dressing over the top. Store any leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge.
