HEALTHY WEDGE SALAD

Chop your head of lettuce into wedges. Add toppings of choice: tomatoes, radishes, red onion, chives, bacon.
DRESSING
1/2 C Organic Plain Yogurt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
pinch of cayenne pepper for extra bite
Blend dressing ingredients and drizzle the dressing over the top. Store any leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge.
