The challenge.

 

Yesterday we left you with a 30 day Self-Care challenge. Today we wanted to follow up with giving you 33 ways to practice self-care.

 

The Instructions

+Make a list of 30 things you want to do for yourself everyday this month. They can be things that help nurture personal or professional growth. It may take a while for this challenge to become second nature but, at the end of it you will accomplish a sense of personal pride and the ability to practice self-care. The trick is to either make a to-do list or set an alarm to make sure you accomplish one activity related to self-care each day.

+After making your list, take those 30 things that you have been putting off or wanting to do and write them on little pieces of paper. Put them in a jar. And for the next 30 days take one out and implement them into your daily routine.
