THE BUILDING

"Delicate and sensorial, the design of GLASS is  considered a response to its setting in Miami Beach, specifically intended to allow one to experience the surrounding natural landscape."

THE CLIENT

THE DESIGN

I . RAW COLUMN

The column defining the two work spaces was the first column to be erected in the construction phase of the building. Paying homage to its significance it was left bare, exposing the raw finish of the concrete as the highlighting focal point of the space.

II . GLASS DOORS + MILLWORK

The partition glass that divides the office space from the lounge area, replicates the fritted, patterned glass on the exterior of the building. The interior millwork keeps the same language of clean finishes with crisp lines but integrates warm elements with the wood cabinetry and leather handles to balance the space.
