I have created a substantial volume of content on the forward thinking human and workplace over the past four years.

Most of it is not easily found when a visitor comes to one of my websites.

Part of that is intentional.

I didn't want to overwhelm people with too much information.

At the same time, I was challenged with how to present all the information and insights simply and elegantly. I didn't have a vision of how to do it.

Now I do, so updates are coming soon.

As a result, this week I was prompted to revisit an article published for the Cutter Business Technology Journal in December 2017.

What was most intriguing to me is that I wouldn't change a thing.

And the most intriguing insight I found in the article was expressed by this quote from Stephen Covey:

"Change ⏤ real change ⏤ comes from the inside-out."

Do you agree?

This idea was my crucial learning on this journey and what it set in motion.

If we're connected on social media, you may have seen the presentation below already.

However, the vast majority of people who receive this email haven't seen it, so I'm sharing it here too.

What do you find most intriguing in the presentation?

Is there anything you would change?

I'd like to know, so I hope you will reply and let me know.

And, please let me know if you'd like a copy of journal with the full article.

As always,

To your great work life & success!
