While I am out of office, I encourage you to try a Distance Reiki Session! No need to wait until I return for your calm, peace and healing! Though I love seeing each and every one of you in my healing space, Distance Reiki works the same as an In-Person Reiki session except that we are not in the same room. Remember that Reiki is precisely directed energy.
One of the basic teachings of healing with Reiki that you've heard me explain during your in-person session is that we are more than our physical bodies, though we often feel the Reiki on our physical body. We also have an energy body made up of our aura (energy fields), the chakras (energy centers) and the meridians (energy pathways.) Like our physical body that takes in food to nourish it and give it energy, our energy bodies do the same. The energy fields take energy in, the chakras break it down, and the meridians distribute it throughout the body.
What this means is that I will spiritually guide the Reiki energy to you, and you will feel the physical benefits, even from a distance.
The key is to relax, simply let the energy flow through your body and trust what you are feeling. Remember time and distance are not factors when it comes to healing. Distance Reiki can be performed at any time and produces highly effective results!
