We are excited to announce that we are moving to a new practice management system, Practice Better!
Beginning Monday June 26, Practice Better will replace Healthie as your hub for managing appointments, billing, journaling, communication with your dietitian, client forms, paperwork and more!
First though, we know change can be hard (us too!)
Organizational changes like this can especially bring growing pains, so although the team has been aware of challenges within Healthie, we agreed that we wanted to find the right (not just improved) platform for our community before moving forward. For us, that meant finding a platform that provided additional value for our clients delivered in an easily accessible, user friendly package.
We searched high and low for an alternative that checked all the boxes, and we found that in Practice Better. We are super excited and can't wait for you to try it!
Most of your client chart will transferred into the new system from Healthie directly, without any work on your part, so we expect a painless onboarding process. We want to provide a smooth transition, so we've come up with a few tips!

This Week Look for an invitation email to arrive by the end of the week.
Once you receive your invite email, set up your client portal and follow our checklist below for seamless integration into the new platform!
- Set up client portal using invite email
- Update your payment information/credit card information
- Each user is required to maintain a credit card on file in order to book appointments
- If you prefer to pay by check or cash, you may bring a check to your appointment or mail to the Columbia office located at 2309 Devine St Columbia, SC 29205
- If you haven't already, download the app; start exploring the awesome features!
- Beginning Monday June 26, Practice Better will be "live" for all clients and sessions.
- Telehealth/Virtual clients will access virtual sessions though Practice Better
- New: Beginning June 26, appointments can be scheduled through Practice Better/the app!
- Coming soon: We will also be adding a link on our webpage to allow online booking through Practice Better
- Our cancellation policy will remain the same. All cancellations must be received by phone @ (803) 814 - 5392. This is for all locations and clinicians. And remember, cancellations must be received 24 business hours before your session to avoid late cancel charges and fees
