As I was reading about the wicked these things stood out to me:
•The wicked will never prosper. In Pr. 10 - v 16 The labor of righteous = life, BUT the Fruit of the wicked = Sin.
•In v 25 Like a whirlwind, the wicked will be no more, BUT the foundation of the righteous is forever.
•In v 28 the hope of the righteous = gladness, BUT the expectation of the wicked = no hope - they will perish.
•In v 29, the way of the Lord is = strength, BUT workers of iniquity = destruction.
•Then while reading about Manasseh, a very wicked king, yet, when he was in affliction he humbled himself greatly before God.
•He prayed to Him and entreated Him and God heard him and answered. And Manasseh changed! (Read more about Manasseh here)
There is hope for the wicked. The answer is Christ and I should not give up sharing the gospel. When one turns to Christ, He answers and saves them. The old is gone and all things are new.
When I take my eyes off the Lord and try to figure things out for myself, I get very distressed. When I put my trust in the Lord and realized that His ways are not my ways and His ways are higher than my ways, I find perfect peace and my longing soul is satisfied. I know that behind all that is going on, God is still working. And He is not willing that any should perish.
