EGG BREAKFAST MUFFINS


1 lb. ground sausage
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 tsp coconut oil
dash of crushed red pepper
1/2 red pepper, chopped
9-12 eggs
2-3 stalks of green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
