Photos will be taken on the steps in the back of the parking lot of the 4th of July Headquarters building, starting in the afternoon on July 27th and 28th.  The evening of July 29th will be added if needed.

We will only be taking individual and sibling photos, NO GROUP/CLASS PHOTOS. 

We will have one portable dressing room available, feel free to bring your own as well.

All dancers must be registered prior to photo day. Due to Covid restrictions, we will not be able to take any payments on photo day.  You will be given an exact time to show up. You will receive further instructions prior to photo day .

Please register by submitting the attached registration form no later than JULY 13TH. (The sooner the better so we have an idea of how many kids we need to accommodate).  

Once registered, you will receive and invoice within 24-36 hours. Please submit invoices by JULY 15th.

This registration fee will be applied towards your online print order. Your coupon code will be listed on the bottom of your invoice. SAVE THIS CODE. 

Codes will be matched to the parents name on the registration form, the same parent should place the order. 

When making your online purchase you will apply the coupon code when checking out. 

The coupon code will be deducted from your total purchase. Sales tax and shipping will then be applied, and all prints will be mailed directly to you. Any digital files purchased will be made downloadable within 24 hours.

Print packages are multi-image. You will be able to custom design your print packages with any pictures of your dancer(s). EX: Package A3 can include 3 different photos.

HOW REGISTRATION WORKS:

To be able to offer you the luxury of seeing your images before deciding how to print/purchase them, but also keeping the interest of respecting everyones time, you will register $25 per first child and $15 per additional child, plus an additional $5 per additional costume or sibling/buddy photo. Only dancers and additional costumes registered will have photos taken on photo day. No photos can be added on during photo day.

EXAMPLE: You have two dancers. Dancer #1 has three costumes. Dancer #2 has two costumes. You register dancer #1 with her first costume at $25 and add on her two additional costumes at $5 each. (Total $35)

You register dancer #2 with his first costume at $15 and add on his one additional costume at $5. (Total $20)

You want a sibling photo of them taken together. ($5)

TOTAL REGISTRATION FEE: $60

This registration fee will then be applied to your coupon code. You will use this code when placing you online print order 1-3 weeks after picture day.  Link for orders will be active for 7 days only.
