Hello, you beautiful human! How are you feeling these days? Are you enjoying this current season of life, wherever you are? From the bottom of my heart, I hope you are, and in case this is turning out to be a difficult season for you, I am sending you loads of virtual positive sunbeams and wishing you so much strength.

SOME CHANGES COMING UP:

Now that I've got a weekly newsletter up and running (The Good List - sign up here for your copy of weekly goodness and cool recos + the latest sample!), I don't want to take up too much of your precious inbox space. And moreover, I want these newsletters to be useful for you! So next month onward, with an eye on quality over quantity, I'm dialing down on the frequency of this newsletter - the Good Living Digest - to once a month. Probably the first Tuesday or Friday of the month. You'll know when the next one hits your mailbox. :)

If you have any suggestions about what you'd like to see in the newsletter, and what would be helpful to you, I am all ears. Hit reply to this email and let me know.

Good Living Idea

Why wait for the next newsletter for some goodness to hit your inbox? This week's good living idea, coming right up:

It's been a trying time for all of us, in some shape and form, no matter how thankful we might otherwise be. My go-to method to check-in with myself during these kind of phases is to journal. Sometimes I journal to go deeper into my feelings, and at other times, I journal with the exact opposite purpose - to lighten things up.

My journaling style uses a lot of prompts, as I find them to be super useful in directing my mind. In the hopes that they might help you too, here are 3 journal prompts that you can use either in a notebook, or your favourite note-keeping app, or, well, even on Instagram! Frame a response in your mind, if that's all you have the time and patience for. But really, my only hope is that they encourage you in some way to feel a little better about yourself and your life.

Q. Finish this sentence: Today I forgive...

Q. Write down 5 things that make you feel proud about yourself.

Q. Recount a recent kindness that someone showed you.
