Hello Friends,

I surely hope your days are going well. I was reading in Isaiah 43:18-19 on yesterday:

Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.

Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

I made a few applications to my own life.  I pray they will be encouraging to your heart.

  1. Forget the past.  Stop wishing for all the good things I had a few months ago. It's sort of like the children of Israel wishing to go back to Egypt.
  2. Instead trust the Lord.  He is working.  He is doing something new, something different.  His ways and His thoughts are not ours.
  3. He will make a way through this wilderness that we seem to be going through right now.
  4. He will send rivers in this desert.  As my Shepherd, He leads me beside the still waters and refreshes my soul not matter where I am.

The Lord made it clear to me that my focus right now is to just write my devotions on my blog.  I do have a scheduler for my social platforms so that keeps me off of there.  If you care to follow on those then check out my links.
