New fashion choices, cooler weather, relaxing on the porch, and pumpkin pie spiced everything - Yes, Fall is here!

It's also a perfect time to consider a home purchase. Skeptical?

Traditionally, Spring and Summer are the most popular times for home searching and buying, leaving sellers in a bit of a lull come to Fall.

For buyers, this means a few things:

* The same inventory levels - some may even be repositioned.

* A lower chance of others bidding for the same home you had your eyes set on.

* A higher chance of eager sellers accepting lower offers in the hopes of selling before the holidays hit.

Then, there are year-end sales - appliance and home improvement stores typically start their year-end sales between September and November.
