First, we are changing a few things in how we run our business, so we can serve you 100% during the week. We strive to create freedom for you by streamlining your business, so you can achieve your goals. We want to make sure that you are taking the time to refresh and recharge away from your business, and our team will be doing the same.
#1-Our team works from 9-5pm CST Monday-Friday. Here’s what you can expect from us:
- Need a new graphic? We’ve got you covered. Please just send your request in Slack, and we will have it back to you within 24 business hours. All of your branded templates will be shared with you in Canva for your own changes if you need more immediately.
- Do you have something exciting to share on social media (like selling a beautiful home!)? Share it with Lina on Slack, and we will add it into your preview the following week. However, you will have your own templated graphics, so you can add pictures yourself if you want it posted the same day. Watch this quick video on how to edit.
- Need a strategy call with Lina about your social presence? Click here to schedule your monthly 30 minute call!
- Need to book a quick check in call with Sheena? Click here to schedule your weekly 15 minute call.
- We will have the social preview to you by Thursday at 5pm CST.
- We will request any images we need from you by Friday at 10 am CST. We will use stock images as placeholders for these requests. If we don’t receive the images back by Monday at 4pm CST, we will move forward with the stock images.
- We will send the newsletter preview to you by the 2nd Thursday of each month by 4pm CST.
- Your newsletter will be sent out after your approval on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
- You will receive weekly progress reports on Fridays by 5pm CST to show what your marketing team has accomplished.
#2-Here’s what we expect from you:
- Please have any edits for your social preview back to us by Friday at 5pm CST, so we can make the necessary changes.
- Any content you want included in your monthly newsletter will be due on the second Monday of the month.
- Please have your edits from the newsletter back to us by the 3rd Monday of each month.
- Please use Asana to get the task list out of your head, so you can free up your mental space to focus on other things.
