SUNDAY SELF CARE JOURNAL

A BREAK FROM THE NOISE  | VOL.35 | 2020

Dear First name / love

I don't know about you, but I have noticed myself moving through a lot of different habits with my devices this year.  I'm checking the news more regularly because of oh so much happening that I feel passionate about.  The way I spend my time has shifted and so has the time I spend on my devices.  I'm working from home a ton more (and I LOVE IT!) which lends to more screen time.

These changes aren't necessarily all bad or ones that I'm needing to change at the moment - but it does remind me that it's important to be thoughtful always about where and how I am spending my time and energy.

I thought of some different ways to take a step back from social media or technology when I need a brain break and put these 20 ways down for you.  I hope that they give you some ideas to step back if you're wanting to take a break or soothe your soul when you have a long day in front of technology.

Enjoy!

Amethyst has so many properties and usages, but I love to use it in my self care intention setting practices to promote love, block negative energy increase intuition, calm, relieve stress, bring inner strength and balance mood.

WHERE DO I SPEND MY ENERGY

Am I thoughtful about where I spend my energy?  Why or why not?

Am I wasting my time or energy on anything regularly?

What do I LOVE to do with my time?

What don't I love to do with my time?

What is necessary for me to do with my time?

What can I cut out or cut down on?

What are some ways that I could shift my time to spend more time doing the things I love?

I would love for you to join one of my livestream classes this week!
