Alright so your monthly Essential Rewards order didn't process. No worries! It could be one of a few things. Most likely you need to update your credit card information. To do so, simply hop on live chat right in your account and tell them the deal. They will push it through for you. Even if you manually update your card info, you MUST have live chat push it through.

 

Remember, ER allows you to skip a month so if you need to do so let live chat know! Isn't YL the greatest?
