Y'all…something kind of crazy happened this year. I became (dare I say) an outdoor cat. Now don't get me wrong, I still love to get dolled up for a luxury night on the town, but nature has served as the most beautiful backdrop to some incredible adventures this year. Here's my gift guide for the outdoor cats in your life.

  1. Bear  Butt Hammock - This beauty has served me well over the years. Not only was it a super cozy place to drink our coffee and unwind on our PNW adventure, but it was also my preferred nap spot on our NYC rooftop. $30
  2. Graphic  Image National Park Atlas - Every national park in the United States now fits in the palm of your hand. Park-by-park descriptions, travel tips, activities, fees, open dates, information on wildlife and land forms, telephone numbers and web sites. PLUS! 52 journal writing pages are provided in the back. $45
  3. Wanderlust USA - This is one of Marco's gifts this year (shhh don't tell!). This gorgine coffee table book is great for the experienced outdoor enthusiasts and those lacing-up their boots for their first time. This book serves as a blueprint for adventurous souls in search of new summits. Stunning photography and insightful tips from veteran long-distance hiker Cam Honan bring many bucolic treks to life. $50
  4. Wildland Bed Roll - Friends, I may be a blossoming outdoor cat, but if there's one thing I refuse to give up it's a good night's sleep. These bedrolls are Sleek yet rugged. Classy yet handy. These handcrafted beauties are lightweight, breathable and best of all come with a super comfy air mattress. $460
  5. Vivobarefoot  Tracker - These are the only hiking boots I will ever wear. As a dancer, I am super picky about what goes on my feet and these bad boys are (IMO) the best. They are lightweight, waterproof, and I can actually articulate my foot in them. $240
  6. Best  Made Fire Starter - Have you ever seen a more beautiful fire starter in your life? This kit  is designed to be fully portable and perfectly functional — throw it in your bag the next time you plan on hitting the trail for a few days and keep it by your fireplace for the times between. $45
  7. Northface  Apex Flex Raincoat - I have this. Marco has it. It's lightweight, waterproof and super warm. Perfect for someone who doesn't stop just because the weather is less than ideal. $199
  8. No.  7 Carbon Folding Knife - I am a firm believer that you should always have a sharp knife on you. It is an inexpensive, indispensable tool that is an absolute must (indoors or out). The blade is carbon steel, so it ages over time leaving a wonderful patina. $20
  9. YETI Hopper Cooler - I'm a basic biddie. There. I said it. I'm sorry y'all, I LOVE YETI. I have yet to find any other brand that keeps my items cold or hot for even half as long. This is a MUST if you are going on long road trips or to the beach. $250
