The Sunday Spark!

Hi friends!

It's Christmas week 🎄. Christmas Carols are playing in my car and gifts are in the trunk, don't tell my kids 😉

Last week, I launched my 2021 Goal-Setting series on Instagram ðŸŽ‰  to help you plan and achieve your goals successfully.

This week we'll learn how to write those goals plus I'll go LIVE on Tuesday Dec 22nd at 8:30pm (GMT+2) for Q&A and to share personal bonus secrets to achieving goals. Simply reply to this email with your questions about goal setting and add this event to your calendar to join me LIVE .

Here is your weekly dose of The Sunday Spark 💡, a newsletter listing 5 inspiring things I thought were worth starting your week with:

  1. A question I loved from Hal Elrod that he created for Thanksgiving that we can use on Christmas Day , special day or any day: "How can I show up today, for myself and for my family, in a way that all of us might experience the most meaningful Christmas/ Eid/ Vacation/ Weekend/ Meeting/ Meal we've ever had?"
  2. A  book of daily readings I first read in 2018 then has been a part of my morning routine ever since is The Daily Stoic by Ryan Holiday. I once recommended this book to a stranger at Readers Book Shop, then we became friends on social media and she recently sent to thank me for recommending it.
  3. If you can't get your hands on the book check the amazing content on the daily stoic website. Ryan writes a lot about journaling and send out daily inspiring emails.
  4. An app that will help you track your habits digitally using #Dontbreakthechain method is Habit Bull,  available on both iOS and Android (called Habit Tracker on Android).
  5. A favorite quote (which is more like a poem) by Rachel Hollis from her latest book:

"Don’t waste this opportunity.

This life you’re living is a wildly precious gift that most people take for granted.

Don’t take it for granted.

Live into every inch of it.

Live it boldly and with courage.

Live it hopefully and with kindness.

Live it as yourself.

Live it for yourself.

Live it for those who can’t.

Live it for those who walk beside you.

Live it for those who came before, those who’ve passed on, and those who will carry your legacy forward long after you’re gone.

PLEASE, LIVE THIS BEAUTIFUL, HARD, WONDERFUL LIFE—and since you will live it, as you were always meant to do, resolve to live it well".

Merry Christmas to everyone celebrating, see you next Sunday!

Have a brilliant week!
