Yeah, me too. It feels like we in the pause right before a big exhale. I feel so full from all this year held. The type of fullness where there is a bit of tension, because it is pushing you into expansion. And the anticipation for what is to come. As we move towards the Winter Solstice on Monday, Dec. 21st, the darkest day of the year, this is a call to turn inward. I urge you to find space, quiet moments, where you can sit and reflect, write, and have loving curious conversation with loved ones — acknowledging all that we collectively experienced.
Every new year always feels, to me, like it deserves ceremony. It feels like a renewal of life, a cycle turning over, a marking of what is behind us and what could lie ahead. I would love to share this time with you. Since September, the Space to Breathe community has become this life-line of connection, and in the below offerings you will find the same. A space to come home to.
Whether you want to take time privately to gain clarity on 2020 and move forward in alignment, or bring together a group of friends/family to celebrate and be connected, I am offering Personalized CREATING SPACE sessions. These are tailored to whatever you need, whatever you want, whatever you ask for. On December 29th I will again be offering a workshop, Renew to be You, with the same intent, of closing one year and starting a new. We will move, breathe, connect and set intention for the year ahead. And finally, Space to Breathe, the monthly meditation course, will continue, with the next session starting Monday, Jan. 4th. Give yourself the nourishment that will allow you to move through this life with ease, grace, and a connection to something greater.
