Growing a new business in the midst of so much uncertainty is no easy task, but one thing that's kept me focused throughout the pandemic is maintaining connection with my community.
From getting to know other creative writers through an online workshop, attending a virtual holiday party with the mentoring organization where I volunteer, and enjoying Zoom coffee hours with fellow consultants, people have remained at the center what sparks joy for me. All that to say, the kindness of others gives me strength and hope for a better tomorrow.
