The Sunday Spark!

Hi friends!

As we are wrapping up the historically pivotal 2020, I'd like to thank you for being here, willing to be motivated and inspired and changed. We need more of YOU!

It is one of my favorite times of the year too, reflection week. It's the perfect time for most of us to follow the steps of Goal-Setting that I have shared with you on my podcast episodes 7-10, and recently concluded on Instagram. The LIVE I did with my cool Santa hat on about my secrets for achieving 2020 goals was a blast! It was one of the best I did as friends kindly shared.

Keep an eye out for another LIVE this week with my dear friend and creativity partner Nadia Bata and the topic is CREATIVITY!

Tomorrow, a new podcast episode will be out. The last of 2020. The topic is my Digital Declutter Challenge for January 2021, so exciting.

Here is your weekly dose of The Sunday Spark đź’ˇ, a newsletter listing 5 inspiring things I thought were worth starting your week with:

  1. A blog post I found remarkable is The Rule of 5: Practical Steps to Achieve Your Goals Faster .
  2. My inbox is filled with year-end reflection questions, here is a favorite list from a learning a day, worth answering: “What 1-2 skills do I want to develop in new year (professional and personal)? What actions am I going to take to develop them?” Rohan is posting 2020/2021 questions soon.
  3. An idea I love from habits and happiness guru Gretchen Rubin is: Consider Writing Your “21 for 2021” List . She also suggests #Read21in21.
  4. For those of you who want the details of Goal-Setting I shared in videos and podcast, check my blog series starting with part 1. An awesome friend actually printed them out to answer them.
  5. Here is a quote I loved from Marianne Williamson. Her book is also a wonderful spiritual companion for the year ahead.

“It’s not enough to say good-bye to 2020. We owe it to ourselves to set our intentions high for 2021.

Let’s not carry the anxiety of this year with us.

Let’s forgive and release this year, and receive the miracle of new possibilities.

Let’s leave it at the door and make way for new beginnings.

This year was tough, but let’s decide right now that next year will be miraculous.”

-Marianne Williamson

See you next year! (come on, I HAD to say it haha)

Have a brilliant week!
