As the year comes to an end, I love reflecting on the year, tying a tidy bow on all our projects, bookkeeping, stats and analyticsā€¦. It's amazing how much you can accomplish in a year.

Want to peek at a few of the numbers with me?

days off

I'm NOT sharing this not as a badge of pride.  This year was incredibly draining for me and was NOT sustainable.  This is an area I'm hoping to improve greatly in 2021 so as to create some margin for the things that deeply matter to me.  There's tons of room to improve, so that's encouraging!

For a start, if I simply take weekends off, thatā€™s 104 days right there.  Hold me to it people!  Emily needs to delegate more and slow down a bit.  K?  ;)
