Give your guests 15-30 minutes to arrive

If you have a tight schedule, encourage your guests to be on time in your pre party communication so you can stay on schedule

Have appetizers and drinks to enjoy while you are waiting for all guests to arrive

Encourage your guests to take pictures at the photo wall, play Super Bowl Trivia, fill out their prediction cards, or socialize until the game begins

Announce winners for Super Bowl prediction game/challenge card game and give grand prize

Once you’ve finished the game and activities, have everyone tally up their points and find your winners for challenge cards and predictions (have pencils or pens available to fill out cards)

Present the prizes to the winners and let them bask in glory
