Happy New Year & welcome to my January 2021 Newsletter. Whew, we made it through 2020…what a relief! Here's hoping this new year will bring us opportunities for fresh starts & new beginnings. As you may know, in addition to assisting clients with their Real Estate buying & selling journeys, I also work with a group of investors, designers & contractors on rehab projects. We find properties that need some TLC (my own home was one of our projects) & give them a new life. Often these properties have been neglected but have great bones & just need someone to bring them back to their full potential. As a nod to fresh starts & new beginnings, I decided to share two of our biggest transformations from last year. 

 The Before:

This property was slated to be torn down by the county & was a 1+ year long project employing a full time crew. Every inch of the home was renovated, with many luxury amenities & upgrades. What began as a throw-away property, ended as a true dream home.

These projects were both intense; requiring many cosmetic, infrastructural & landscaping upgrades & renovations. But the end result was certainly worth all of the hard work. Both homes quickly became dream homes for two lucky families. At the end of the day, that's why I love my job…making that connection with a happy client & a beautiful place for them to call home.
