let's keep those new habits

How's it going First name / love? As you know, I started a few new habits last year in hopes of setting myself up for success, and so far it's working. (Gah!)

Everything is not perfect, I'll admit. I am still trying to finish up that 30-day yoga challenge, but I am determined to finish. Isn't that what good habits are built on...dedication? Motivation has just been following suit.


In the meantime, I've been sticking to my tried and true motivation hacks when I feel a little lull.
