keeping good habits going

First name / friend, happy Friday!


So health and wellness month is coming to a close! How did it go? Are you feeling any healthier than a month ago? I don't think I crushed all my goals this month, but I definitely made progress! I got in more exercise, cut waaaay back on the wine 🍷and did lots of yoga πŸ§˜πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ!  I am feeling more zen! Enough to keep up the good habits.

This week I thought I would share with you some of the shows that I am binging! Now that we can't ski on the weekends (so that kids can go to school in person, we can't go out of state 😒) I have more time to organize the house while watching a show. I love shows set in a small town, and I share some of my favorites! Old and new.


Since I have been spending a little too much time binge watching I didn't get a newsletter out last week so you may have missed the my Fun Finds with what essentials I keep next to my bed, and check out this weeks finds for some more fun stuff.


This month flew by, so let's just hope that they keep moving fast until we can all get vaccinated! Then after a much needed haircut and a day at the spa πŸ§–πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ I hope to see you all in person!
