spring has finally sprung (maybe)

Usually this time of year is an exciting and busy time. Graduations are around the corner, and so are annual trips! I can't help but think of how all that changed this time last year though.

It is all different this year. Although the thought of this can be saddening, it's also an opportunity for change. What sorts of things can you set up now to work towards your current intentions?

“In March winter is holding back and spring is pulling forward. Something holds and something pulls inside of us too.”
― Jean Hersey

This quote probably describes how many of us are feeling right about now. The push and pull paired with not quite moving in either direction, forward or backward.

We so easily forget that we have the power over what comes next. Even when dealt a hand that's no good, it's our own decision how and when we respond.

What does taking charge look like for you?

For me, a daily plan is always the deciding factor. If I wake up in the morning and let the day come to me I generally get absolutely nothing done. But, if I just choose two to three top priorities for the day, I always notice a difference.

Personally, I have a lot going on this spring, and it pretty much starts next week! My family will be moving back to Hawaii very soon. The transition will be about 2 months long (#militarymove) but I will keep you all updated.

The shop will be closed from March 20th. I am not exactly sure when I will be able to set back up again but I believe the shop will re-open in early summer. I will be doing plenty behind the scenes but any physical products will be unavailable during this time.

Don't worry, I will send out an email blast when we re-open. Updates are always on IG too.

Many changes taking place all at once can be fun, but equally overwhelming. There will be lots and lots of prep work and to-do lists over the next few weeks but nothing I can't handle...hopefully.

I am anxious and excited but I know we have been through much worse, and in the end, we will be just fine. I will be sure to share how I am able to take charge through this journey on the blog

My hope is that you too are able to roll with the punches this year, and find peace and joy wherever you can.

Rooting for you,

Vandissa
