I've always been into spirit work, even before I knew what it was. I just KNEW there was some ancestral auntie out there who was trying to connect with me to get the party started. And she chose the RIGHT one! This shit is fun AF!
I don't know who the auntie is, but as I've gotten deeper into my journey, and as I began to understand myself, I started to recognize the spirits that would pop out at times where they feel highly spirited. It took me working past my ego to fully get acquainted with spirit and my spirits. It was me saying, this is what spirit wants vs this is what my flesh wants. That's where I started to strengthen my discernment. It 100% starts with you. If you don't know whether it's spirit or ego talking, then how will you know when your spirit crew is asking for something through you. Especially if you're focused on doing their work.
I always say I'm walking in the 5D - highly led by spirit. Since our ancestors are not physically here to finish their work, they rely on us to complete or progress through their legacy and pass that baton down the lineage. The legacy is anything that they've created and worked towards during their time here on earth. That's physical work, spiritual work, mental work…anything that was for the betterment of themselves…and YOU.
Some of our ancestors were beginning to break generational curses that they recognized while here on earth. If you're breaking any curses or bonds through your lineage, just send some love to whomever awakened that knowledge in you and is assisting you. Even if you don't know them, send a simple THANK YOU.
I understand that what I do comes with great responsibility, I apply the wisdom I gain at the altar to that knowledge.
