Here's what's for dinner next week!

 

Hey First name / friend! 

 

I need to disclose a little fact to you ~ 

 

Years ago I was a Pampered Chef consultant… and I LOVED cooking… 

 

However, once I stopped doing PC my love for cooking stopped as well. 

 

It has taken a few years but I think my love for cooking is slowly coming back.  WOOT WOOT

 

Here I was a Health/Nutrition coach but I didn't love cooking. Crazy right? 

 

Well, I DECIDED that I was going to do better!  I know that FOOD  - good, healthy food - is how we can get our health back.  You see, I've been in a personal battle with my health for years.  I won't go into all the details here but I did share a little on my latest podcast, so be sure to check it out!  You can listen here!  I have been eating healthier over the last year, but throwing meals together at the last minute would sometimes mean grabbing the processed foods to make it easier/quick.  

 

Side note:  I'm still all about quick & easy… but just healthier!  If a recipe takes me a long time to assemble and lots of dishes, I know I won't repeat it. lol.  You will be getting my menus as I do them.  

 

Now, It's time… 

 

Once I decided, it got me thinking.  Maybe just maybe, others were on the struggle bus with cooking like I was.  So, I asked my followers on IG and FB to give me feedback.  They responded!! If you don't follow me on social.. you should :) 

 

I listened and I'm NOT alone (whew, glad I'm not alone) - you WANT menu ideas and food help too!  YAY!

 

So this menu planning is a start and I will share my menu and I hope it will help you with your cooking and planning too!
