So excited to launch our Bride workout program!
This workout program is designed for the Bride who:
- Wants to workout but doesn't know where to start
- Likes the idea of working out in a group setting with other Brides
- Really craves the motivation from an amazing Trainer
Each month, we will meet twice a week for a total of EIGHT workouts per month. The workouts will consist of:
Upper Body
Tabata
Full Body
Bands
Workouts will be live (and recorded) on Zoom. So don't worry, if the time doesn't work for you on a particular day, you'll have the replay to guide you through!
