I wanted to share the below pictures with you to inspire you to start on your own path to a new beginning in rediscovering your own health and wellness.  The first picture was taken in 2018 when I first started on my own wellness journey.  The picture on the right was taken last month after I finished my latest program.

About me

I'm 52 and have been married for almost 30 years,  I have two sons who are 19 and 23.  My 19 year old is in the Canadian Armed Forces.  Both sons still live at home.  

 

I lost my mom when she was only 58 and my youngest was a year old.  As a young mom I found it very hard to find time for myself.  In 2018, after 16 years of living with diabetes and seeing my weight climb and my health deteriorate, I decided to make a change.

 

I’m not a personal trainer or a nutritionist …


I am a customer who started to use online programs and products that worked for me and helped me find my strength and rediscover my health and wellness (both physical and mental).

 

Actually they also helped me find a pretty incredible community.  When I realized how great the programs were, I started sharing them with friends and other women (and men) and my passion to help others took over. I fell into this Health and Fitness business completely by accident AND I LOVE IT!!

April Burpees & Bunnies Bootcamp starts April 5th

Ah! April is here and that means Spring and all the fun things that go along with it! I would LOVE to work with you this month, whether you are trying to tone up your beach body (tip: your body is a beach body already - but I would love to help make you stronger!), get in some extra veggies, work on your mindset or even join my team! My April Challenge Group starts on April 5th.

 

This month, we’re going to be maxing out our workouts, sharing tips from our incredible 2B nutrition program (fun fact: the B stands for bunnies - perfect for April!), keeping things simple and sustainable… and so much more! Here’s what you can expect…

Spring Cleaning & Organization

Is it spring cleaning season in your house? As the weather begins to turn, it is the perfect season to find those organized, categorized, cleaning traits buried underneath all the BLAH of winter! Getting rid of the old and making room for the new at the start of a new season can refresh the personality and outlook you have of your home. Let’s make this season’s outlook a BRIGHT one!

 

First up, the pantry! No matter the size of your space, the pantry can quickly become a home for all the things that don’t have a regular spot in your house. It can also hold cleaning and cooking products that should not be near each other, expired ingredients and forgotten space that could be used more efficiently! Follow the steps here to organize, trash, clean and contain your pantry! Remember to take a before and after when you do and tag me on social media so I can cheer you on 😄
