Do this ONE THING to save time on your content creation.

Welcome to 3,2,1 create!

Nail down a daily content plan of attack.

let's do this!!!

Hello, First name / friend!

When I really look at what saves me the MOST TIME when it comes to getting my content done quickly and consistently, it's that I've got an iron clad daily calendar I follow. Ok…perhaps “iron clad” is a bit dramatic, I definitely allow for some wiggle room…but still. It's been my game changer.

But, what exactly does that look like? How does it work? How do I do that?!

Without further ado…let's dive in to our 3 ideas, 2 things I'm loving, and 1 action to take this week!

3 Ideas ➳

3 simple steps to planning out your DAILY content calendar

01: Brain storm all your potential daily “themes”

Grab a piece of paper and write down your potential daily categories/topics/themes. I'd recommend you check your analytics and see what posts have done well for you? Give the people more of what they want! For me it's Reels and carousel posts jam-packed with valuable info.

For example: a Reel, client testimonial, a value-packed carousel post, a photo of me with a personal story, a project update, promote a free download, the list goes on…

02: Decide on how many days a week you want to post

If you're averaging 2 posts a week, please don't commit to 6 days. I think the minimum is 4 if you're really trying to grow your business. So, how many days are you posting, and which post type from step 1 will be plugged into those days of the week?

For example: Monday - a Reel, Tuesday - client testimonial, Wednesday - carousel post with tips/tricks, Thursday - photo of my/personal story, Friday - share a project update or promote a free download

03: Grab a post-it note

Write the days of the week you plan to post and the type of post you'll be making on a post-it and put it somewhere where you'll see it all the time (for me it's my daily calendar)! Memorize this bad boy and then when Monday rolls around and you know it's Reel day and - YOU POST A REEL!

Or better yet, on Sunday batch record 4 Reels for all the Monday's of the month, and BOOM. All the Monday content for the month is done.
