I'm thrilled you've taken the challenge to become a better manager in five days. Here's what you can expect during the week-long challenge.

  • You will receive an email each morning (April 5-9) with a new leadership practice to try that day.
  • Each practice will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. I recommend blocking time on your calendar now to hold space for each day's activity.
  • The exercises will focus on both self-leadership and leading others.
  • You'll be invited to join two live group coaching sessions to ask questions and share your success stories, challenges, new insights, and ideas. Keep an eye out for calendar notices.
    • Wednesday, April 7, 12:00-1:00 p.m. MST
    • Friday, April 9, 12:00-1:00 p.m. MST
