The 2021 Growing Season is here! 


Demand has been strongest for Lifestyle Vineyard Properties and large, Institutional Grade Vineyards. With an increase in demand, comes an increase in price and multiple offers, previously a rare occurrence in Vineyard Real Estate. Now vineyards in key locations are seeing a wave of activity. 


What's generating this new activity? 

Grape supply and demand. 


After the excess bulk wine was bought up by wineries to offset losses from the fires of 2020, buyers were active and competitive early in the year for grapes from the Central Coast.
