Dear Reader,

We have a winner! I admit, I'm partial to Robert Redford, but more than 120 people responded to my informal poll (thank you! I love that 😁), and Paul Newman is the fan favorite by 16 votes. It was close, Robert, but Paul's baby blues helped him rise to the top.

I have two bits of news today. First, my 24th book releases on Tuesday! Death Gone a-Rye is the 6th Bread Shop mystery and is, in part, a ripped from my life scenario. It's gratifying to bring a bad person to justice, at least fictionally! You can pre-order Death Gone a-Rye now!

The other exciting thing I want to share with you is called WriterSpark, a community for aspiring fiction writers. My first book was published in 2008. I've come a long way since then, both in skill and knowledge. I wanted to pay it forward to people who are in the place I once was. WriterSpark currently has a Facebook Group and an Instagram feed.
