The Spring Flowers ๐ธ Edition
Hello Friends!
So my twice monthly newsletter is coming in a little close to the end of the month!
I had hoped to have this out to you last week. Life is like that though, you set goals and then stuff happens and goals shift a little bit.
I attended the Leesburg Garden Show at Ida Lee Park and had a great time. I came home with a little trellis structure and an interesting climbing hydrangea bush for my backyard fence and packets of wildflower seeds and a wonderful gardening tool called a โHori Horiโ knife which is now my favorite gardening tool ever. Digging holes with it is so easy because of the way it can cut through the roots in my yard from all of the trees that used to be here before my house was built. And it has a sharp point which makes it easy to dig up weeds and plant bulbs too.
April has been busy with senior pictures and headshots, now that the weather is getting warmer and people are heading back to the office soon. It makes me so happy to be out and about doing what I love! This year I've done several senior shoots in DC which has been a lot of fun. If you have a Class of 2021 Senior it is not too late to get senior pictures!
I still have a couple of openings left in May.
In this issue: Tips for Better Photos of Flowers, Ways to Bring More Flowers into Your Life, Houseplant Care Guides, Jar of Awesome, my Favorite Banana Bread Recipe, and more!
Plus the usual sprinkling of serendipity and randomness โจ
