2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
¾ tsp salt
¾ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1 stick butter (½ cup)
2 beaten eggs
4 very ripe mashed bananas
¾ cup mini chocolate chips
Step 1. Heat oven to 350 F and grease a loaf pan.
Step 2. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Stir eggs and mashed banana into the butter/sugar mixture. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture until just moistened. Pour into loaf pan.
Step 3. Bake for 60-65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the loaf comes out clean.
