Time for some spring cleaning

Over the past few weeks, we have been reviewing all of our menus and dishes that we have created over the past two years. Who remembers the Lavash or the Little Man in a Boat? Some in the restaurant industry would call us crazy for changing so often - heck we barely figure how to plate a dish and then we're moving onto something else!  

 

But seriously, do you really want to eat the same thing? (Ok, maybe you do). The method to our madness is to give you variety and to use what is fresh at the moment. For instance, our Grilled Asparagus Salad has been a flavor sensation, however, soon Asparagus will be out of season and we'll have to move on.   

 

Speaking of moving on - beginning next week we have completely revamped the menu - we are GOING VEGAN. Just kidding. We will continue to keep it simple and offer our Nationally Recognized Filet and our World Renowned Pork Chop. However, we think it's time for some flavorful Chicken, our Fresh Fish offering is going to be ramped up and of course we'll also do a Pasta Dish that is sure to please.   

 

This week the weather is going to be outstanding - so book a table for Al Fresco Dining on Thursday, Friday or Saturday - then book something for next week to experience the new menu. We're here to serve you and hope to see you soon!
