I hope you are finding time to feel the sunshine on your face and smell the blooming flowers. These small mindful acts build priceless resilience as we continue to navigate the ever changing world. You will likely stumble as you determine masks or no masks, re-learn how to socialize at parties, or resume friendships that fell silent over the past year. Some days you can't get enough engagement and other days you may want to hibernate again. That's okay. Be kind to yourself, and then let that inner kindness spread out into the world. Remember Maya Angelou's beautiful wisdom as you emerge from this, "people will never forget how you made them feel". That includes how you make yourself feel. May you take a moment to admire your own resilience.

If any of these sound familiar (that was me for a long time!) join my online mindfulness program, This Mindful Life, designed to support these very issues. We offer a 30 minute session the third Tuesday of every month. 

 

This month (coming up this Tuesday!) will focus on boundaries as we shift into a busier lifestyle and world. The trauma of last year remains, we will continue to hear it's echo, therefore leaning on mindful boundaries and self-care will be key to a full recovery.

This Mindful Life program blends psychology, ancient wisdom, and mindfulness. It is designed to integrate mindfulness into everyday life. It's accessible and realistic, join from anywhere!
