KETONES MAKE ME FEEL BETTER!
Pictured on the left and in the center, I remember exactly how I felt! I was miserable and ALWAYS tired, mentally and physically! I thought I needed a nap every single day! I had no confidence in myself and practically ate my feelings away!
Two years ago, I began to eat the keto diet “my way.” Cutting down my carbs helped a lot, but I still did not feel I had the energy my busy mom life needed! So, 1.5 years ago, I began to eat a stricter keto diet and it WORKED! I lost 50 pounds and I started to feel great!
I ran across a friend that encouraged me to try ketones in the summer of 2020 and they CHANGED MY LIFE! I have committed myself to drinking Ketones daily since they provided me with more ENERGY, weight loss, appetite control, sleep, and so many other positive benefits! Since August 2020, I have lost an additional 30 pounds by eating keto and drinking ketones. I have been able to maintain my current weight of 175lbs throughout the holidays and quarantine!
Not only do ketones improve how I feel, they improve the focused and energy I have as a wife, mom, nurse, and nurse practitioner student! I am motivated and energized to carry on with daily tasks that may seem like a lot to others! Now, when I look at myself in the mirror I ALWAYS smile and know that anything is possible if you believe in yourself and have the motivation to move forward! If I can come this far, so can you!
