Hi friends!

How was your weekend? The highlight of mine was yesterday when I had the pleasure of speaking about burnout and self-care to preschoolers' mothers in a session generously arranged by their preschool. It felt great to provide those women with actionable steps they can take to feel good about themselves and take charge of their life.

This newsletter practically wrote itself out of my past week's interests: Reading and writing. They are my lifetime interests to be accurate. I would love to write better and read better and today's sparks will definitely help you do that.

A new podcast episode is coming out this Tuesday, stay tuned as I close Atomic Habits topic with the 4th law of habit formation.

On a personal note: I am loving my curls in the new haircut, I finally embraced shorter hair and will stop the long hair chase.
