Honestly, I would rather have a variety of meats during the week.  Even though we may have switched how we cooked them… it did get a little boring for me.  BUUUUUTTT…. I want YOUR feedback!  Tell me what YOU want to see!

This guide will help you bulk cook/organize which will then make weeknight dinners so easy!  I do like easy recipes anyways but when you can cook all your meat one day and have it ready to make recipes the rest of the week… how easy is that!  I know as we wind down, our kids have the final weeks of school and we head towards SUMMER days we will LOVE easy! 

 

 Tip:  Save these emails (menu emails) so that you can find all these yummy recipes later when you want to repeat or prepare a dish for a friend  

Also, I wanted to remind you that I will be having my surgery on Thursday, May 27th.  I didn't want to leave you hanging with my content and my menus.  So, the next few weeks, I have preplanned the menus and content for you and I hope that you will enjoy each recipe and post.  Even though I have to take 6 weeks off from teaching I hope to be back working from the computer soon!

Here are some substitution tips:

 

Protein for any other protein - don't like fish - do chicken instead, Exchange fish -  Mahi Mahi instead of tilapia etc. 

Low carb - choose low carb tortilla shells, bed of lettuce, cauliflower rice, zucchini pasta

Dairy free - lots of stores now how DF shredded cheese, sour cream, milk alternatives etc. 

Pizza crust - use cauliflower crust or homemade crust
